Our return policy at Sweetest Stitch is designed to give you ample time to decide on your purchase and make arrangements to have it returned. For that reason, there will be no exceptions to the policy whether shopping in store or online. We pride ourselves on having one of the most generous return policies for boutiques in the Richmond area and appreciate your support and cooperation with this policy. 

Purchases that meet the qualifications below are accepted for return within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original method of payment.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
• Merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed & unworn, with tags attached.
• All Gifts & Seasonal Items are FINAL SALE.
• All accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange. Accessories include Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Handbags, Belts.
• All bras, bramis, bodysuits, swimwear are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
• Items discounted 30% or more at any time for any reason are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to process to your bank.
• If original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
• The amount of your refund will be less the cost of return shipping label.

Ineligible items will be returned to customer at their expense.
